If you want to create huge impact and contribution to your industry, do this ⤵️

Young professionals who want to create big impact need to have a deep understanding of their why.

The reason?

Without understanding the core importance of creating your significant impact, you'll more likely give up when uni/work/life balance becomes overwhelming or you're not seeing the impact of your results as quickly as you wanted.

If I can be honest here...Prior to 2021, I had a track record of starting things and giving up when it got too hard because I was focused on how that project would just benefit me...

But when I founded UTS Built Environment Association (BEA), I wanted to create a community where students could expand the quality of their networks (network = net worth), be better informed of their career pathways BEFORE graduation, and collaborate with companies that were genuinely vested in sharing their insights and experiences with students.

Because of that, I didn't get too emotionally attached to rewards and recognition, but moreso how much value I could provide for others.

Because my WHY was bigger than the benefits of self, I created rippling and sustainable impacts in my industry. This is where the magic happens.
